Refund policy

ImMore Curvy Boutique is a quality conscience business; therefore if you are not 100% happy with an article of clothing, you are able to make a return with 14 days of receiving your order from the post office. Any Online purchase will be issued Store Credit via the email you provided with your order. Once we have received you return please allow up to 72 hours for processing. NO CASH OR CREDIT REFUNDS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNS or Lost or Stolen items. 

You may return unworn, unwashed, & unused items within 14 days of the purchase date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must have all tags attached and be in the original condition. Please be aware if you return a garment that has cigarette smoke, odors, perfume, deodorant, makeup, snags, etc., we will not accept the return and you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return item(s). ImMore Curvy Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return attempt that does not meet the aforementioned requirements. 

To start a return, you can contact us at immorecurvyboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
